I'd just like to say, that your bike looks magnificient. The color scheme is very tasteful and the seat compliments it just perfectly.

Tennessee mountain roads are tight undulating & off camber technical and can humble anyone pretty quick.

Gotta love it when that happens! I love any road that I am the only one traveling on it! Well there are lots of bicyclists but I don't count them like a car or truck. Epic ABUSA!

On the "Wing" ?

My 2 biggest grips are the tiny driver floorboards that are available. Barely beyond pegs and Pegs and I don't get along. Second is the low speed U-turn take a bit of getting used to. Side bags: Will they fit a gallon of milk? THAT is what will decide if I get the bagger or the tour.

Well, I would go for the Voyager, less expensive to buy fully loaded great looking one of the things I know the Kawasaki has is a linked braking system apply front and the rear brake engages at the appropriate level apply the rear brake and the front is automatically applied. I had experience with a practically new Harley, driving down the road not making any changes to the controls just riding the bike just shut down and wouldn't start for about ten minutes despite the owners best efforts to get it going. I borrowed the bike while visiting friends back East having left my 2005 Kawasaki Nomad back in Nevada. So, when asked why not a Harley, I simply say, when I go some where for a ride I have what I consider a reasonable expectation that I'm going to make it back. I know Harley has made some huge advances in reliability but I'm just not will to spend more for possibly less.

I’m considering between the Honda Goldwing and the BMW K1600B. While the ride of the Beamer seems more sporty and more upright, it shakes more on the straight away. This is a common complaint with the BMW, as opposed to the Goldwing that rides really smooth low center of gravity on the straight away. This is something huge to consider for touring purposes.

Pretty amazing road to find! Wonder why the fella in the truck said that it was kinda rough for motorcycles? Didn't make to much sense to me. I would think a bike would not have any problems with it. With all those umphs and omphs you were making, man you were making my back and kidneys hurt just watching lol! Definitely a nice find to come back to for another day of dirt riding! Keep riding and stay safe ABUSA!

Three observations: You have to be strong to ride this type of terrain. The bike is made for this terrain. Better have experience before trying to ride these nasty roads. Hope you iced your knees after this ride LOL

My choice would be the Honda CB1000 R… Just live the stick sound on it… Now the only gripe is that hideous seat that hangs over the tail light… but for what it’s worth the Kawi for like $2-3K less than the CB is the way to go…

I did a demo ride with RE here in Tucson and it was amazing. I love that older looking model that has these little lights on the side of the headlight… Very nice brother. Watching your 1500 mile review on the Kawi

I've got the mirrors from fenrir as well, but after removing the bar end weights and installing the new mirrors I got a big gap. Though everything should've been included in the package. Did u have to order something extra?

Thank you for the video. I think the Vulcan is a beautiful bike! I don't care about all the latest electronic wizardry. As a Harley owner with bikes that have leaky gaskets, I can appreciate Japanese quality control.

It's always such a good feeling to run through the gears and open it up. Stretch the legs for a little bit. Like the old saying...Ride it like ya stole it!

I am 55 and the leg angle is a too tight for me but just commuting and joy riding it is ok. Put a little taller windscreen on and it takes some of the blast off. Shad 23 hard bags and can run errands on it and take your rain gear. Love how light and maneuverable.

Both for me. The Rocket with Werkes cans for long trips with the wife and a tuned M109 for joy rides.
